Hey guys, happy mid-week. How's it going?
Not much happening in my little patch of the world. Just general everyday coming and going, and avoiding the still awful weather.

Quick outfit post today before I head out for wanderings with my Mum. We're having lots of girly time this week, with Dad being away, it's rather nice. Yesterday we went to the local garden centre to look at the Chrismtas displays (some were hilariously awful) and pick up a few bits,
today we're off for a meeting that I need to attend and them window shopping in the next town along.

I'm getting awfully tempted by the high street sales that seem to be cropping up. I already succumbed to New Look (a skirt and leggings for £16.50...score!) and I'm trying my best to ignore the rest of them as I am severley lacking in funds!

Have a great day!

I know it's so difficult to avoid all the sales, my thinking though is that at least I can buy xmas presents in the sale and it's nice stuff

Great outfit! Is that a summer dress layered on a long-sleeved top? I've actually been doing a lot of recycling of my summer wardrobe (using a combination of tights and armwarmers... I probably look like a robot... or a superhero), but it's so nice to still be able to wear floral summery stuff when the weather is drab!

£16.50! that would be a splurge for my current finances... i miss shopping, even for something small just for the fun of it so much... having my own money was a perk for a too short period...

Hey Laura! Yeah, I feel I'm having a quiet week, too, mainly because I'm cancelling & postponing a lot of plans from being sick, trying to take things slowly.

I love that look! Is that actually a strapless summer dress over a black tee and tights? It's a brilliant & very original look: looks quite couture, actually!

Have a lovely friday & thank you for your great comments. xoxo
